STS print preview focus rect + word highlight incorrect |

Issue descriptionGoogle Chrome 67.0.3383.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit) Firmware Version Google_Samus.6300.276.0 Chrome OS with flag enabled: #enable-experimental-accessibility-features # Enable STS # Navigate to any page to be printed, I used https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tardigrade # Go to Customize and Control Chrome menu and select Print (or just press ctrl + p) # Use search + mouse drag around the print preview window Expected: nothing is read Actual: STS reads the contents but the focus rect and highlights are not lining up with the text position ChromeVox doesn't read this contents at all. video showing repro: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1pVwv_H7LkiAdGP4dG5CcryZeoyLDzH-o/view

The focus rect is off enough to be P2 IMO.

Samus is high resolution. It might be related to this PDF issue but since it's not actually printing a PDF but instead a webpage, I'll let you decide on if to merge: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=831965

+weili, do you know why the Accessibility tree for print preview may have incorrect bounds in high density screens? Adding you since you mentioned you had some experience with print preview and PDF For example, I can repro this with chrome OS on linux using the flag --ash-host-window-bounds="800x800*2" flag. But it doesn't reproduce on a 1:1 density screen. For the original bug, I see that Chromevox does seem to get print preview contents successfully at this time. |
