STS print preview focus rect + word highlight incorrect

Project Member Reported by leberly@chromium.org, Apr 13 2018

Issue description

Google Chrome 67.0.3383.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
Firmware Version Google_Samus.6300.276.0
Chrome OS with flag enabled: #enable-experimental-accessibility-features

# Enable STS
# Navigate to any page to be printed, I used https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tardigrade
# Go to Customize and Control Chrome menu and select Print (or just press ctrl + p)
# Use search + mouse drag around the print preview window
Expected: nothing is read
Actual: STS reads the contents but the focus rect and highlights are not lining up with the text position

ChromeVox doesn't read this contents at all.

Laura, is the Samus a high resolution chromebook? I'm curious if this bug is the same as the PDF bug here: crbug.com/811509, or if this is different. Does that bug also repro on your Samus?

The focus rect is off enough to be P2 IMO.
Samus is high resolution.

It might be related to this PDF issue but since it's not actually printing a PDF but instead a webpage, I'll let you decide on if to merge: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=831965

+weili, do you know why the Accessibility tree for print preview may have incorrect bounds in high density screens? Adding you since you mentioned you had some experience with print preview and PDF

For example, I can repro this with chrome OS on linux using the flag --ash-host-window-bounds="800x800*2" flag.
But it doesn't reproduce on a 1:1 density screen.

For the original bug, I see that Chromevox does seem to get print preview contents successfully at this time.
