google-cloud-datastore 1.4.0 requires google-gax

google-cloud-datastore 1.4.0 requires google-gax, which is not packaged.

So it's not actually possible to use google-cloud-datastore 1.4.0

Low priority, maybe we should just remove google-cloud-datastore 1.4.0 or delist it or something.

ah yeah I think you're right. I'll remove 1.4.0 from the listing.

[dockerbuild] De-list google-cloud-datastore@1.4.0.

This relies on an unpackaged wheel (google-gax), which is considered
deprecated. We have google-cloud-datastore@1.6.0 packaged already, so
folks should use that.
