MacViewsBrowser: Bookmarks sub-folder menus are too wide?

Chrome Version: 67.0.3395.0
OS: macOS 10.13.5 Beta (17F35e)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) --enable-features=ViewsBrowserWindows
(2) Launch Chrome
(3) Click on Bookmark bar and navigate to sub-folder

What is the expected result?
Bookmarks sub folder menu should have decent width?

What happens instead?
Bookmarks sub-folder menus are too wide?

Menus are intended to be 320pt wide across the board, except for comboboxes - see  issue 829347 .
