[MacViewsBrowser]: Settings sub-menu width is too high?

Chrome Version: 67.0.3395.0
OS: macOS 10.13.5 Beta (17F35e)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) --enable-features=ViewsBrowserWindows
(2) Launch Chrome
(3) Click on Wrench Menu --> Help

What is the expected result?
Settings sub-menu width is not too high and considerably less than that of Settings menu?

What happens instead?
Settings sub-menu width is too high?
