In product help's finch config has to stay in the system for much longer even after release. This creates some issues because finch don't reach 100% population and also testing bots don't test this code path usually. Also, very long running finch can silently expire without any audit.

The reason afaik is IPHs require params to work which need to be passed or set as default as well. Finch provide FeatureParam<string> library for this purpose which can be used in the future.
