Steps to reproduce the problem:
I'd like to be able to set advanced keymaps, such as caps+hjkl as arrow keys. I can easily to this on Linux or on OS X (with Karabiner).

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
The keyboard settings only have very basic key substitutions.
