3.7%-4.3% regression in xr.browsing.wpr.static at 547858:548601

Bisect points to https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/976622 as the culprit, which is a bit strange since generally Skia-induced regressions show up in the GPU process/otherwise show up as GPU memory, not render process stack size.

However, the increase is so negligible that it's pretty safe to ignore.
