On an XFA enabled build:

1. Open https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5257e.pdf
2. Scroll down to page 3.
3. At the bottom there is are two text areas under "BACKGROUND INFORMATION". Click on one of them to focus on it.
4. Type 'abc'.
5. Press enter.
Expected: Caret is at the start of the second (empty) line, 'abc' is on the first line.
Actual: Caret is at the middle of the second line, 'abc' moved to the second line.
