It would be convenient if the ecosystem-infra sheriff can Restore the CL, rerun CQ and land it. Currently this is not possible because the CL is in Work In Progress mode. Gerrit does not allow anyone to submit a CL either through CQ or directly using More > Submit. The workaround is to clone the CL. This involves more steps and takes longer to rerun CQ.

Would it be possible to get Blink WPT Bot to put the CL into "Pending Review" state?
