Please see the attached videos. With site isolation on, the progress bar disappears seconds before there is anything to show. Without site isolation, the page still takes a long time to load but at least the progress bar is present. Happens both on Canary and Stable. This is confusing because I assume many people like me try to interact with the page when it finishes loading.
