external/wpt/html/semantics/embedded-content/media-elements/track/track-element/track-cue-rendering-after-controls-added.html requires test mode to pass (or we just need to wait for the animations to end. However, externals/wpt doesn't have access to internals (and these tests are shared with other browsers). So for now we're adding a skip to TestExpectations but we should revisit this
