Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3393.4 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Right click on link 2. See "emoji and symbols" at the top What is the expected behavior? "Open link it new tab" should be the first entry. I think that's expected, I spent the whole morning try to figure out why the character viewer kept opening. What went wrong? "emoji and symbols" is at the top of the context menu and not "Open link in new tab" Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 67.0.3393.4 Channel: dev OS Version: OS X 10.13.4 Flash Version:

Seems 830213 isn't public, any way to know when this is resolved (aside from lots of right clicking)?
