Some mentions of mac10.11_retina_blink_rel haven't been renamed to mac10.12_retina_blink_rel

In issue 818524, we decided to rename "WebKit Mac10.11 (retina)" to "WebKit Mac10.12 (retina)" and the trybot mac10.11_retina_blink_rel to mac10.12_retina_blink_rel.

However, https://cs.chromium.org/search/?q=mac10.11_retina_blink_rel&sq=package:chromium&type=cs shows that there are still some places that haven't been updated.

Notably, the list of tryjobs on Gerrit isn't correct. Click on "choose tryjobs" in a CL; there's no mac10.12_retina_blink_rel but only mac10.11_retina_blink_rel. agable@, which configuration file is responsible for this list?

Components: -Infra>Client>Chrome
In the "choose tryjobs" dialog, Gerrit explicitly points to https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/refs/meta/config/buildbucket.config - please feel empowered to create a CL and update the name. Same for all the other places.

I don't think this is an infra issue, removing the component.
