Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.186 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1.open several chrome page with several tabs 2. my laptop battery was finished 3. I charged the laptop and kept work (without new boot) What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? The tabs bar is black when the window isn't in full screen and transfer when it does. I tried to close the window but the X button doesn't work. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 64.0.3282.186 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.3 Flash Version:

yamit@ -- Could you please verify by updating your Chrome to latest Stable #65.0.3325.181 and let us know if the issue is still reproduced. Also, you can verify by creating a new profile and removing the extensions. Thanks!
