Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. 18000 enterprise desktops
2. with chrome installed on all
3. 3GB WAN is being saturated by computers contacting update site

What is the expected behavior?
They will not continually contact the update service

What went wrong?
Though most all of our 18000 computers are updated to the latest version of chrome, we continue to have saturated WAN with clients connecting to gvt1.com
