Side swipe to navigate reload the page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Navigate to a page
(2) Side swipe to navigate back

What is the expected result?
The time to load the page should be the same as the one using the back/forward arrows.

What happens instead?
It looks like the page is completely reloaded.

I'm not seeing this.  Internally we are doing the same thing as the toolbar.  Can you give an example of a page where this reproduces?
