I think the Skia roll needs to be reverted ASAP. The test is continuing to fail. Aaaand it appears to have magically recovered! Note that the test exercises image-hover functionality, and the black star is a valid rendering state (when the image is not hovered). Thus, the diff is likely not a rendering/skia bug, but a hover/state issue.
