Regression : Unnecessary more space is seen at R.H.S for HTML preview in 'General Info' page of Files App

Chrome Version:  67.0.3390.0/10568.0.0 dev channel Peppy,Celes,Paine
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> Open any Web page (Ex: New Tab page)-> Save the page
(2)Page is saved with '.mhtml' extension -> Now Go to Files App ->Maximize the Window
(3)Now Select saved page ->Right Click and select 'Get info' option or click on 'Space' Key -> observe unnecessary more space is seen at R.H.S in General information page 
(Please refer Video)

Expected: No such unnecessary more space should be seen at R.H.S for HTML preview in General information page
Actual: Instead unnecessary more  space is seen at R.H.S 

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in M-63

@fukino: Please confirm the issue

Note:
1)In M-62 Blank page preview is seen in General information page
2)From M-63 page preview is seen
3)Issue is seen on M-64, M-65 and also on M-66
4)Issue is not seen when page is saved with '.html' extension

This is not a recent regression and doesn't seem serious.
Let me punt this to M-68 and find an owner for this.

I have some recollection of looking at this.  I think the generated mhtml files from when you save a webpage put newline characters after 80char or something like that.  So I think the whitespace here is working as intended.

I suspect we probably just close this bug.

Confirm we display the file correctly, obeying line breaks etc.

Upload screen shot opening same file in vim, you can see it wraps at 80 cols.
