Regression: [Mac] Extra spacing is seen in context menu for Username text-field on password bubble.

Issue description

Chrome Version: 67.0.3361.0 (Official Build) (64-bit) Revision 2eb7677b864fceb47375fff31d026bfa532e7872-refs/heads/master@{#540766}
OS: Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.5).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chrome, go to above URL and login with valid credentials so that password bubble appears.
2. Now right click in Username text-box on password bubble to open context menu and observe. 

Actual: Extra spacing is seen on context menu.
Expected: Extra spacing should not seen on context menu

This is a regression issue, broken in M-67 series, will soon update other info.

Correction in Chrome Version: 67.0.3395.0 (Official Build) (64-bit) Revision 19ac07e50344cdf4089e5d1b696958867736fc03-refs/heads/master@{#549859}

Below is manual regression range for the above issue.

Good build: 67.0.3390.0 (Revision: 548637)
Bad build: 67.0.3393.0 (Revision: 549377)

Unable to provide the bisect using per-revision script as getting traceback error while doing the bisect. Hence providing the bisect using old bisect script.

@ellyjones: Could you please look into the issue, pardon me if it has nothing to do with your changes and if possible please assign it to concern owner.

NOTE:
1. Tried the bisect on different Mac machines and found the same range as mentioned above.
2. This issue is also reproducible on Mac Touchbar(10.13.5) OS.
3. This issue is not seen on Windows(7,8,8.1,10) and Linux(14.04 LTS) OS.
