Expected: all Window names, close buttons, etc. are read
Actual: second app is not read. Also, focus lands in the middle of the screen and says "App does not support split screen"

Note that ChromeVox does read both window titles but the highlight is off for the second one. ChromeVox does not say app does not support split screen.
