STS and ChromeVox doesn't read Google logo in Google Photos

Google Chrome	67.0.3383.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
Firmware Version	Google_Samus.6300.276.0

Steps to repro:
# Navigate to https://photos.google.com/
# Use either TTS product to read the Google logo in this screenshot, attached.

Expected: the word Google is read
Actual: nothing is read

This appears to be a site authoring error since this is the HTML for the logo:

Status: WontFix (was: Available)
The image doesn't have any alt text, so STS and Chromevox both ignore it. Until we have some way to do OCR on images, this isn't feasible.

You could ask the Photos team to give the image alt text if you think it should be read.
