1.2%-1633.3% regression in media.mobile at 549432:549542

Looks like this "regression" is just a return to previous values from a few days prior. Expecting the bisect to find some reverted CL. 

Also, many of the graphs refuse to load, so some possibility things are lumped together that shouldn't be.

The CL in question reverts another CL that cause issues and other performance regressions and we have no plans to reland it.
