Disable BottomToolbar buttons on TableViewContainer if its presenting another VC.

Currently we only ignore touched to the button, but we should find a way to disable the button instead.

Currently when the searchController is active the VC is "presenting" and the CBD button is not usable. We might want to change this behavior now.
