Wificlient App crashed.

Chrome OS - 10452.54.0, 66.0.3359.102

DUT - Soraka

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Clear tpm -> Install the image on the device.  
2) Connect to an Wifi network from OOBE screen, sign in to the user session. 
3) Install the APK file.
4) From WifiClient -> StartScan -> GetScanResults -> SetWifiEnabledstateFalse -> ConnecttoGoogleGuest

Expected:
Wificlient app should not crash.

Actual:
Message 'Wificlient has stopped working' was displayed and the Wificlient App crashed.

Ramya, how often does this crash?

abhishekbh@ - This test app has not been updated in almost 1.5 years but since we use it for both sanity and full release qualification it is worth taking a look to see if the issue can be fixed relatively easily.

Re#1: This crash is always reproducible after executing step4) - 
From WifiClient -> StartScan -> GetScanResults -> SetWifiEnabledstateFalse -> ConnecttoGoogleGuest
