Duplicate entries shown in Downloads home after downloading same page again after sharing is enabled

Repro steps:
1) Install a fresh version of Chrome Canary. Make sure that "Offline pages sharing" is disabled.
2) Save a page, say https://xkcd.com. The file should still be in internal directory.
3) Turn on "Offline pages sharing".
4) Go to https://xkcd.com and save the page again. Click "DOWNLOAD" from the infobar "Do you want to download https://xkcd.com again?".
5) Go to Downloads home.

Duplicate entries for xkcd.com are shown.

This is a rare case and there is not any loss to the user. So we probably don't want to fix this issue.
