Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Download a file that triggers the keep or discard option
2. No keep button
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
There should be a keep button, but there is only a cancel button

What went wrong?
New version of chrome doesn't have the keep button. You have to go to all downloads and thats where you can click on keep. Otherwise you can't download any files.
