Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Have a composited DIV with a transition: transform 150ms; or similar 2. Move it around quickly (with JavaScript, which I'm doing via a mouseMove handler, maybe at a high rate) with transform: translate3d() such that, I guess, transitions are interrupted What is the expected behavior? No residual paint What went wrong? Lots of residual paint in Chrome (no problem in Safari) Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 65.0.3325.181 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.13.4 Flash Version: I'm using 65.0.3325.181 (Official Build) (64-bit)

The effect starts to kick in at as low transition time as `transition: transform 50ms;` so basically I can't use the transition transform at all.

Thanks for filing the issue! @Reporter: Could you please share a sample test file/URL which helps us to triage the issue in a better way, as creating a composited DIV with the above mentioned conditions would be out of scope(for creating it) from our end. Any further inputs from your end may be helpful.
