[MacViews-Browser] Profile Switcher Default Button alignment issues

Project Member Reported by meh...@chromium.org, Apr 11 2018

Issue description

Chrome Version: Canary 67.0.3394.0
OS: macOS 10.12.6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable the MacViews-Browser flag
(2) Open a window and take a look at the Profile Switcher Default Button

What is the expected result?
a.) It should have the same size like in Cocoa Mode.
b.) It should be aligned with the Window Control Buttons like in Cocoa Mode.

What happens instead?
a.) It is smaller than in Cocoa Mode.
b.) It is a few pixels too low.

Screenshots are attached.

Thanks,
Mehmet
