Youtube Iframe API autoplay is not working.

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.81 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Please see attached extension
1.launch it like following url:
http:localhost/YouTubeIframeAPI.html?v=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

What is the expected behavior?
The video should be played automatically

What went wrong?
The video does not play automatically as of Chrome  66.0.3359.81 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)

Did this work before? Yes Chrome 65.0.3325.146

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 66.0.3359.81  Channel: beta
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 27.0.0.187
