What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover Build >>In OOBE screen Press(Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R) to get 'Powerwash' screen
(2)Again press(Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R)to get 'Powerwash and Revert' screen and observe no default focus is seen on anywhere on the screen

Actual: No default focus is seen on 'Powerwash and Revert' button or any where on the screen
Expected: Default focus should be seen at least on 'Powerwash and Revert' button

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-62

Note: Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
