Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: My screen is 3840x2160, scale 250% windows 10, Intel+AMD. 1. open calendar.google.com 2. click somewhere to create the event 3. Good news: I can't reproduce the bug in Chromium "Version 67.0.3386.0 (Official Build) (64-bit)".

Able to reproduce this issue on reported version 65.0.3325.181 using HIDPI windows machine when hardware acceleration is disabled. Issue is not reproducible on latest beta 66.0.3359.81 and latest canary 67.0.3394.0. As we don't have any stable refresh of M-65, and stable is moving to M-66 tentatively in two to three weeks. @Reporter: Please check the issue on latest beta and let us know if the issue is fixed there. I have just downloaded and tested Beta. Issue is not reproducible on Version 66.0.3359.81 (Official Build) (64-bit)
