Window resized strangely when using mission control

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use mission control 

What is the expected behavior?
Window should resize in scale when in mission controll

What went wrong?
Window scales incorrectly by squishing down see here

Red box is my screen recording software hiding during mission control, not part of the issue 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 65.0.3325.181  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.13.3
Flash Version: 

Issue resolved after resizing window a few times

Unable to reproduce the issue on mac 10.13.3 using chrome reported version #65.0.3325.181 and latest canary #67.0.3396.0.

Attached a screen cast for reference.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue.
------------
1. Used mission control
2. Observed that window did not scale incorrectly by squishing down. 

scottb23@ - Could you please check the issue on latest canary #67.0.3396.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not.
