XCode cannot compile with ICECC projects generated by GN

XCode project generated by GN is ignoring ICECC environmental variables, therefore compilation within XCode does not work with ICECC.

GN: Allow XCode projects to use ICECC environment variables.

Without them XCode cannot compile generated projects with ICECC.
