Arc++: updates cannot be pushed through admin console for Google Play apps

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Education clients refuse to use Google Play Store on chrombooks due to lack in admin console functionality.

What is the expected behavior?
Admin should be able to do updates via admin console.

What went wrong?
Admins do not wan to to use ARC++ in education.

Admin console for Google Play apps should have at least the same features as it has for ARC Welder apps.
