Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a few tabs.
2. Begin dragging an image from Finder onto the tab content area in Chrome (the mouse pointer must be over the tab content; if it's over the browser UI, Chrome will not crash). Keep the mouse button down.
3. While still dragging the image, press ⌘W to close the active tab.

What is the expected behavior?
The active tab closes.

What went wrong?
The entire browser crashes after hanging for several seconds.
