What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Device in tablet mode
(2) Power off the device by clicking on Shut down button from uber tray
(3) Power on the device by pressing power button
(4) "OS verification is off" screen is displayed
(5) Boot logo screen shows up

What is the expected result?
Start screen should be displayed after boot logo

What happens instead?
Device stuck on boot logo screen.
