STS not reading stars in star ratings in Chrome Web Store

Expected: stars read or indicated
Actual: stars are not verbalized 

Since the first item in the list does not contain any text, it appears to not be read at all.

Reproduced. Looks like the star rating is the "name" of a genericContainer which contains a staticText, which has less information in its name. I'm not sure how to figure out when to read the staticText children and when to read the genericContainer parent.

Note: I could get it to read the star rating if I avoided drawing the focus rect over any of the rating count.
