Chrome Version: (copy from chrome://version) Chromium HEAD
OS: (e.g. Win10, MacOS 10.12, etc...) Android 4.1.2 (API 16) on Galaxy Pocket Neo Duos (GT-S5312)
I was trying to build and deploy the latest from HEAD (nice ninja -C out/Debug -j2000 -l20 chrome_public_apk && build/android/adb_install_apk.py out/Debug/apks/ChromePublic.apk).
But when I tried to open Chromium, I got this error message:
"Chrome failed during startup with an unexpected error"
I've included the bugreport.
