copyright check for shell scripts does not include 2018?

I get this on repo upload.  Weird though, as it's April already.

        Errors:
            * License must match:
            .* Copyright( \(c\))? 20[-0-9]{2,7} The Chromium OS Authors\. All rights reserved\.\n.* Use of this source code is governed by a BSD-style license that can be\n.* found in the LICENSE file\.\n
            Found a bad header in these files:
                * metrics/memd/integ/memd-tester.sh

To know what's going on, it would help to know what repo this failed
for, and what was the actual copyright header in the file being uploaded.

Also, broadly speaking, the CrOS Infra team doesn't own/maintain the
pre-upload hooks, so this is likely not a CrOS Infra bug.
