Chrome OS Developer Shell Preferences Shortcut Not Working

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10323.67.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.209 Safari/537.36 Platform: 10323.67.0 (Official Build) stable-channel enguarde Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open the default Crosh console, 2. Follow the instructions printed on-screen; "CTRL"+"SHIFT"+"P" to open the preferences tab 3. Observe what happens when performing this shortcut What is the expected behavior? Pressing "CRTL"+"Shift"+"P" should open the preferences panel as it once did a couple months ago. It should open chrome-extension://nkoccljplnhpfnfiajclkommnmllphnl/html/nassh_preferences_editor.html What went wrong? The shortcut does not work.
