Google app settings and Google Usage ID headers are in dark grey color

Issue description

App Version: 67.0.3393.0 canary
iOS Version: 10.3.3, 11.4 beta
Device: iPhone,iPad

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome 
2. Tap on Menu . Settings > Content settings.
3. Tap on Google app settings.
4. Tap on Google Usage ID

Observed results:
At step 3 & 4  : Google app settings and Google Usage ID headers are in dark grey color

Expected results:
Google app settings and Google Usage ID headers should be same as per the settings header.

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: NA
Bug reproducible on Dolphin/Safari/Firefox: Safari : NA
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build :M65, NA (New Feature)
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build :M66, NA (New Feature)

Known issue.  Will be resolved with the GrowthKit release in google3 this week.

Yes, it's a known issue. We're doing a release today that will include the code on our side that supports fixing this.
