What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to above URL, play any video and open dev-tools.
2. Go to Audit tab, Run Audit and observe.

Actual Result: Video does not Auto-play after running Audit.

Expected Result: Video Should Auto-play after performing Audit.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-65  series, and will soon update other info.

Good Build:65.0.3305.0 (Revision:547914)
Bad Build:65.0.3306.0 (Revision:548283)

You are probably looking for a change made after 526240 (known good), but no later than 526241 (first known bad).
