Gesture/Slide function even show on Full&123&Emoji&HW&A11y layouts

Firmware Google_Link.2695.1.169

REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to US A11y keyboard.
2.swipe any key on VK.

Actual result:
Blue line appears and follows the finger, and there're candidates pops up.
Seems Gesture function gets much wrong.

gesture should only enable on primary keyboard.
Please disable in hwt/emoji/number layout

Gesture is disable in hwt/emoji/number layout, but still show for Full&A11y layouts.

I would like to confirm: Are there new design (since only XKB Compact layout allow gesture, and full&a11y were not supposed to allow gesture before)?
