Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Lenovo N22-20 Chromebook - click "check for updates"
2. Updates will download, but after 100% completed, nothing occurs
3. System version does not update and nothing is installed

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome OS version will update to newest build

What went wrong?
When you check for updates, it will download them. However, after 100% completed, nothing occurs. Updates are not installed and device version does not change at all. 

Switching channels from beta to stable is no longer possible as well. It is downloaded to 100%, but device still remains on beta channel with same version. There is no option to restart or anything.
