On April 1st, we had the following error while trying to sync the chroot for testing. This has been failing since MARCH 5th. 

Failed to stop apache2.service: Unit apache2.service not loaded.
Error occurred while attempting to execute "sudo service apache2 stop"
chmod: cannot access '/usr/local/autotest': No such file or directory
Error occurred while attempting to execute "sudo chmod -R o+r
/usr/local/autotest"
Error occurred while attempting to execute "update_local_afe_server.py
--shutdown"
Error occurred while attempting to execute "update_local_afe_server.py
--restart"
