Tryjob timestamp does not follow user preference

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start a try job
2.

What is the expected output?

The tryjob "last updated" should follow the user's time format setting, in my case 24 hour format

What do you see instead?

The timestamp is always AM/PM format, not the 24 hour format specified.

Please provide any additional information below.
