This is a regression issue broken in “M-67” and using per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good Build:67.0.3375.0(Revision:543962)
Bad Build:67.0.3377.0(Revision:544610)

You are probably looking for a change made after 544559 (known good), but no later than 544560 (first known bad).
CHANGE-LOG URL:
The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

I am not able to reproduce anymore. This has mostly likely been fixed as part of addressing issue 831489 and issue 825446 .
