Не могу отключить уведомления (I can not turn off notifications)

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Написано что изменения внесены администратором, и ничего не могу переключить и удалить
2. В уведомления внесены три сайта и я их не могу удалить
3. Не могу переключить "Спрашивать разрешение перед отправкой (рекомендуется)" тоже написано что этот параметр включен администратором

What is the expected behavior?
Хочется управлять своими настройками самой

What went wrong?
был заражен вирусом mysearch

Chrome version: 65.0.3325.181  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

It sounds like this user's configuration was corrupted by local malware. Unfortunately, this is outside of our threat model and we should recommend Chrome Cleanup Tool / third-party cleaners, and/or reinstall of Chrome.

1. It is written that the changes are made by the administrator, and I can not switch or delete anything.
2. Three sites are notified and I can not delete them
3. I can not switch "Ask permission before sending (recommended)" is also written that this option is enabled by the administrator

What is the expected behavior?
I want to manage my own settings

What went wrong?
was infected with mysearch virus
