Thanks for filing the issue! Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 65.0.3325.181 and on the latest canary 67.0.3390.0 using Mac 10.12.6 and 10.13.1 with the below mentioned steps. 1. Launched chrome 2. Downloaded the index.html file. 3. Opened the downloaded file in a new tab. We observed the element blur. Attaching the screen shot of the same @Reporter: Could you please have a look the screen shot and let us know if we have missed anything in the process. Please check the same in a new profile without any apps and extensions and let us know if the issue still exists.

This is my environment. Chrome did not install any extensions. It used the browser default settings, and it could not be reproduced on my colleague's Mac. I don't know why.

Rechecked the issue on reported chrome version 65.0.3325.181 and on the latest canary 67.0.3390.0 using Mac 10.12.6, Mac 10.13.1 and across other OS platforms too i.e., Windows 10 and Ubuntu 14.04 with the steps mentioned in comment#3, we are uanble to reproduce it from our end. As per comment#4 by reporter the issue is not seen with other machines too, other than his own. Hence removing Needs-Bisect label and requesting someone from Blink>CSS team to have a look into this and help in triaging it further. Thanks!

We also receive some reports about this bug, see https://github.com/ant-design/ant-design/issues/9731 It seems this bug only happens older OSX versions(under 10.11).

We are also experiencing this issue. We have 3 iMacs running: Chrome Version 66.0.3359.117 (Official Build) (64-bit) MacOS 10.13.4 & 10.12 These iMacs are NOT seeing the issue. We have 3 MacBooks running: Chrome Version 66.0.3359.117 (Official Build) (64-bit) MacOS 10.10 (various different minor release versions) All the MacBooks exhibit the issue |
