Chrome fails ACID3 test

Reported by r...@gentoo.org, Apr 8 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to: http://acid3.acidtests.org/
2. Look at the test results.
3. Shift click on the A for more details

What is the expected behavior?
Passing

What went wrong?
Failed 3 of 100 tests.
Test 23 failed: expected '14' but got '5' - wrong exception for createElementNS('null', ':div')
Test 25 failed: wrong exception
Test 35 failed: expected '0' but got '1' - root element, with no parent node, claims to be a :first-child
Test 69 passed, but took 23 attempts (less than perfect).
Total elapsed time: 1.80s

Did this work before? Yes Don't remember, but likely a few years ago

Chrome version: 62.0.3202.94 Channel: stable
OS Version: Gentoo
Flash Version:

Google's Ian Hickson wrote this test. Chrome ought to pass it.
